Casita Carolina clean and economical rooms in the center of town

Casita Carolina's has received TripAdvisor's 'Certificate of Excellence Award' every year since 2007, Thanks to my great guests.

Located on the shore of the Lagoon, and only two blocks from the town square. Casita Carolina's is walking distance from everything you need, including restaurants, shops, ATM’s, and more.

All rooms share a yard right on the lagoon where you can relax, enjoy the sun and the view. Two large and shaded palapa patios with tables and seating, hammocks, and chaise lounges provide ample seating space. The swimming dock also has a shade palapa. Bathrooms, changing rooms and a shower are right by the water for your convenience.

Kayaks and life vests are available for rent at a small charge.

Located in the magical town of Bacalar, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Casita Carolina's is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Bacalar Village a perfect springboard for all your activities

Bacalar is where many stay while visiting the Maya ruins in the area. Laguna Bacalar is one of the most unique lagoons in the world, with clean and sparkling blue water that looks like the ocean. The Maya called Laguna Bacalar the Lake of Seven Colors for its many shades of blue.

The freshwater lagoon is fed by underground cenotes, where crystal clear water emerges. When visiting Bacalar you can enjoy swimming in the lagoon, kayaking, windsurfing, catamaran rides, boat trips, tour the Fort and Pirate Museum, or simply sit and relax while enjoying the view.

Laguna Bacalar is Mexico's 2nd largest natural freshwater lake.

If you enjoy sightseeing there are plenty of ruins nearby, and no large crowds. Letting you enjoy and explore the ruins of Kohunlich, Chacchoben, Dzibanche, Becan and Chicanna.
